Siren

Siren is a performance expressed by turns, mechanical movements, electronic sounds and Light. In a diaphanous space, twenty nine metallic tripods with rotary arms will go around themselves propelled by electric motors. The result is a light, music and constant movement performance at more than three metres of height.
The installation for the LEV festival is located in the Laboral’s church. The public can move freely and experience the different acoustics and visual perspectives of the Ray Lee’s work.

Ray Lee, the artist, has been working for the last twenty years in projects with similar technical requirements to those of Siren. His work is always linked with the fascination for the world of electromagnetic radiation and particularly with the sound generation.
