The European project Realities in Transition focuses on building a strong, independent creative and activist community around extended realities. An open think tank and practice sharing net within the context of the ever-changing digital challenges in our society.

In the framework of this project, co-funded by the European Union and consisting of Seconde Nature (France), L.E.V. (Spain), KONTEJNER (Croatia), Ars Electronica (Austria), Dark Euphoria (France), V2_ Lab (The Netherlands) and iMal (Belgium), an open call for artistic XR projects is now launched. Projects that reimagine and expand the notions of XR while following a critical, reflective line of thought and promoting a common, open, sustainable XR at a European level.

Through this open call, aimed at all emerging creatives who are European residents., seven projects will be invited to take part in a residency programme at the V2_ Lab in Rotterdam (The Netherlands).

The deadline for applications is December 18th, 2022.
