The festival will be held in different spaces of the\u00a0Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura Art Complex and the city of Gij\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

L.E.V.<\/strong>, a project co-produced by the Government of the\u00a0Principality of Asturias<\/strong>,\u00a0Gij\u00f3n\u2019s Town Council<\/strong>,\u00a0LABoral Centro de Arte\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Datatr\u00f3n Collective<\/strong>, keeps on searching the evolution of new audiovisual languages. From\u00a0April 27 to 30,<\/strong>\u00a0the Festival will feature a lineup full of daring and innovative international acts that aim to go beyond classic formats within the fields of sound and vision creations.<\/p>\n

Performances, installations, audiovisual live shows, showcases, workshops and documentaries will compose L.E.V. Festival\u2019s body of artistic projects.<\/p>\n

Factory Floor<\/strong>\u2018s hypnotic postpunk,\u00a0the new techno coordinates created by\u00a0Samuel Kerridge<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Container<\/strong>, the dystopic audiovisuals of collaborative projects as \u201cLexachast\u201d, by\u00a0Amnesia Scanner & Bill Kouligas<\/strong>\u00a0with visual artist\u00a0Harm Van Den Dorpel<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>, \u201cSirens\u201d by\u00a0Novi_Sad & Ryoichi Kurokawa<\/strong>\u00a0and its aesthetic appropriation of data from the worst economic recessions,\u00a0the conversion of the invisible into light and sound by\u00a0Martin Messier<\/strong>, or\u00a0Nicolas Bernier and Alex Augier<\/strong>\u2018s synesthetic processes are the first names revealed.<\/p>\n

Kara Lis Coverdale<\/strong>\u2018s symphony of post-sacred tones and harmonies, accompanied by\u00a0MFO<\/strong>\u2018s visual imagery, Detroit pioneer\u00a0John Beltran<\/strong>\u2018s new project, the new scene\u2019s most avant-garde sounds provided by\u00a0Synkro, IVVVO and Skygaze<\/strong>\u00a0are also featured in the Festival lineup, alongside with many other that will be announced in the following weeks.<\/p>\n
