residence projects to festivals, in order to support emerging artists<\/strong>. This project led by <strong>European Festivals Association (EFA)<\/strong> offers creators a platform to develop their careers internationally, through the support of several festivals.<\/p>\n<p>In this second round of grants, <b>EFFEA will support 173 festivals and 50 artists from 36 countries and 14 artistic disciplines. <\/b>50 projects will take part in residence programs from September 1 2023 to 31 August 2024.<\/p>\n<p>EFFEA is an <strong>invitation for festivals to cooperate across national borders<\/strong>. Each project is a collaboration among a minimum of 3 festivals: a main one and at least two associate festivals, from three different countries.
