L.E.V. Festival will be postponed, and will take place September 10-13 in Gijón/Xixón with a format adapted to the necessary conditions stated by the authorities’ new regulations and protocols.
On this occasion, most of the lineup, formed by artists such as Ryoichi Kurokawa, Martin Messier, or Push 1 stop & Intercity-Expres, will perform at Teatro de la Laboral. Besides, other limited capacity interventions and activities will take place in different town spaces, plus some open air audio visual installations and activities, recurring elements of L.E.V. Festival since its beginning.
Artists such as Squarepusher, Atari Teenage Riot, Zoë McPherson, or Cristian Vogel, whose shows were scheduled for LABoral Centro de Arte, will headline the special 2021 L.E.V. Festival, which will commemorate its 15th anniversary.
Information about the complete lineup and ticket purchase for September’s L.E.V. Festival will be announced soon through the Festival’s social media and its official website (www.levfestival.com).
The Festival management wants to express their sincere gratitude to their diehard audience, who has supported them throughout all these years, an audience who is always eager to experiment and who is, to all means, the main raison d’être of this Festival.
L.E.V. Festival in Gijón/Xixón is a project co-produced by the Government of the Principality of Asturias, Gijón’s Town Council, LABoral Centro de Arte and DATATRON Collective, which keeps on searching the evolution of new audiovisual languages on the forefront of digital creativity.
The Festival management will refund all the tickets sold so far, as they won’t be valid for September’s Festival due to its format change. Tickets sold over the Internet, ATM or by phone will be refunded automatically, without the need to send us an email.
Refunds for tickets bought at our offices will be available at the premises where the tickets were bought (La Laboral’s Reception, Centro Niemeyer in Avilés and the Asturias’ Tourist Information Office in Oviedo/Uviéu). We will announce the refund schedules as soon as these facilities are open to the public.
