Due to the different formats and capacities of the venues that host the activities of the festival, there is not a ticket that grants access to all of them. You can find the tickets available at this link. Remember to carefully check the schedules and activities included in each one before purchasing.

No. This year, L.E.V. Matadero is focusing on long-duration virtual reality pieces and interactive group experiences. As such, and because more time is needed to enjoy each of them, three different pieces have been scheduled, with tickets sold separately. You can purchase them at this link.

For inquiries in relation to ticket sales, you can write to entradas@madrid-destino.com or call the spectator service telephone number 91 318 47 00 at the following times: from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

No, providing the attendee’s details at the time of ticket purchase is optional.

These activities are recommended for those aged 16 and over. If you are 16 or 17 years old and want to attend the festival on your own, please write to educacion@mataderomadrid.org after purchasing your tickets with the email subject “Entrada menores de edad LEV Matadero.”

Yes, this edition of L.E.V. Matadero includes a long list of free activities: four audiovisual installations, an augmented reality experience, an exhibition of Taiwanese digital art, a series of talks with artists, and a 3D avatar creation hackathon. The latter requires prior registration at this link.

Bringing food or drinks into the different venues hosting the L.E.V. Matadero program is not allowed. If you want to have a drink or something to eat between activities, you can go to one of the two bars you’ll find at Matadero Madrid: the Cantina of Cineteca and the Café Naves.
