Before making your purchase, please read carefully the activities included in the ticket.

Ticket prices do not include processing charges.

Once the ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted except in the case of cancellation of the scheduled show.

For inquiries in relation to ticket sales, you can write to entradas@madrid-destino.com or call the spectator service telephone number 91 318 47 00 at the following times: from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Please arrive ten minutes before the start of the activities.

Tickets can be purchased in advance online at tienda.madrid-destino.com/es/matadero-madrid.It is necessary to be previously registered in order to purchase tickets online.

All tickets will be available for presale. There will only be tickets available at the box office the day of the activities if they haven’t been sold out in advance.
