Mun Sing is the solo alias of Harry Wright, a producer, songwriter, visual artist, and DJ from Bristol. He has gained a reputation for exhilarating live performances and complex theatrical club music productions. His recorded output often merges tongue-in-cheek playfulness with obtuse rhythms and warped vocal sounds, resulting in some fiercely original dance music.
During the L.E.V. Festival, we will have the pleasure of enjoying his upcoming EP, Frolic, which will be released in 2025 under the label Illegal Data. Mun Sing’s new live show brings to life the blue-faced scarecrow that stars in Frolic’s universe.
His goal is to share an intense exchange of vulnerability with the audience. Strong rhythms, cathartic performance, and intense lighting are interspersed with moments of somber reflection. The show takes you on a path that begins with defiance and ends in emptiness.
On his debut LP, Inflatable Gravestone (Planet Mu, 2023), Mun Sing explored ideas around grief and addiction after the sudden loss of his father. The album received notable critical acclaim, including being named one of Resident Advisor’s best albums of 2023.
Acne Studios has recruited him to compose music for several runways and projects, most recently the Women’s SS25 collection and the first-ever Acne Studios fragrance. He’s produced tracks for the likes of BABii, Gaika, and Iceboy Violet and was personally invited by Björk to perform alongside her at special events in Reykjavik and NYC in 2024. Mun Sing also co-runs the label/club night Illegal Data, an important label connecting experimental songwriting and club music, which has released music by Sarahsson, AYA, Manuka Honey, LCY, etc. Mun Sing is set to release his next EP, Frolic on Illegal Data, in 2025.

Kabeaushé once described their music as “the complete opposite” of the hardcore, leftfield electronic sounds of their labelmates on Nyege Nyege Tapes. At the time, that was spot on: the Kenyan polymath’s debut album, The Coming of Gaze, was fiercely and deliberately focused on giddy pop energy, the upbeat spirit of old-school party hip hop, clean production, gentleness, bounce, positivity, and pure JOY.
Now, however, the lines have blurred. Their new material for Monkeytown reveals a touch more rawness, weirdness, and rave energy creeping into the mix. This shift isn’t just the influence of their Nyege Nyege peers—it also stems from playing at eclectic festivals worldwide and immersing themselves in radical music of all kinds. Even more so, it reflects the unbridled performance energy of Kabeaushé’s alter ego, »the Shé«.
Anyone who has seen Kabeaushé perform understands this instantly. Their shows transcend performance—they’re celebrations, communal experiences, and parties where the audience’s energy shapes the moment and the Shé emerges. Kabeaushé / the Shé’s presence is angelic yet elemental, channeling the vibrancy of modern pop while tapping into something deep, ancient, and profound. That spirit surges through their latest work, HOLD ON TO DEER LIFE, THERE’S A BLACK BOY BEHIND YOU!

Cortical is the new project by Sevi Iko Dømochevsky and Daniel Benza, two multidisciplinary artists based in Barcelona who specialize in music production, CGI, and VFX. Their musical style is club-oriented, rooted in the noise/experimental and industrial scene. What sets them apart is the strength of their percussive elements and a unique balance between minimalism and intense maximalism.
Their artwork reflects their essence as world-builders. Whether through their audiovisual creations or their performances behind the booth, their passion for the most unusual mutations in the last 30 years of club music is undeniable. This radical approach culminated in December 2024 with the release of Wretched Patterns and Terrible Mistakes, their long-awaited debut EP, which they will present at their show at L.E.V. Festival. Released by Brussels-based Plasma Sources and mixed by James Ginsburg (known for his work with Emptyset), the EP has already received early support from artists such as Zuli, Mumdance, Endgame, and Object Blue.
The show’s central theme envisions a future devoid of humanity, where autonomous computer intelligences roam freely, engaging in erratic experiments and creating corrupted yet nonsensical life forms. Amidst this chaos, they generate a paradoxical sense of order. Accompanied by an intense diet of metallic and explosive dance-inducing percussion, the performance presents a hyper-detailed, mind-bending speculative universe reminiscent of Cronenberg’s work, complete with live, audio-reactive CGI.
They have showcased their production in the electronic scene, and in previous performances at festivals such as Sonar, Primavera Sound, Atonal Berlin, Unsound Krakow, and Lunchmeat Prague. Along the way, they have amassed an impressive list of top-tier collaborators, including Skrillex, Arca, Grimes, Holly Herndon, Shapednoise, and Aho Ssan.

YESSi PERSE is a transdisciplinary art project that operates at the intersection of speculative fiction, sound art, and digital performance. Conceived as a hyperstitional interface, it proposes alternative narratives that expand the limits of reality, proposing parallel worlds as tools for critical thinking and transformation. Its practice is articulated as a point of escape from imposed realities, exploring other possible scenarios and utopian impulses that project new futures.
During the L.E.V. Festival, they will present their most recent work, TOP5: Fairytales of Eternal Economic Growth, a concept album that explores the impact of large technological corporations – Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Apple – on today’s society. Through a sound aesthetic that mixes choral polyphony, synthetic voices, and medieval compositions, YESSi PERSE reflects on techno-feudalism, data mining, and digital servitude imposed by big tech. With this work, the duo reinforces their critical and speculative vision, using art to question the narratives of digital capitalism and its implications for the future of humanity.
Their artistic practice is deployed in cultural institutions such as MACBA, IVAM, HKW, or Matadero, as well as in international music and digital art festivals, including Sónar, Transmediale, and New York Fashion Week. Winners of multiple awards such as La Casa Encendida’s Generaciones 2023 and Barcelona Producció 2021, the duo is also the founder of the label and digital art collective NeuroDungeon.
