GENERAL INFORMATION
Before making your purchase, please read carefully the activities included in the ticket.
Seating for the events scheduled at the Centro de Danza Matadero is arranged in tiers.
We ask that people with reduced mobility inform us accordingly when purchasing their tickets
Ticket prices do not include processing charges.
Once the ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted except in the case of cancellation of the scheduled show.
Please, retain your ticket until the end of the show. You will need to present it if you have to leave the venue.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the activities.
Access to the theatre is not permitted once the performance has begun

For inquiries in relation to ticket sales, please write to entradas@madrid-destino.com or call the spectator service telephone number 91 318 47 00 at the following times: from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
In the event of a cancellation, the price of tickets purchased via this website will be refunded to the same card used to make the purchase.
For tickets purchased at the box office, the refund will be made upon presentation of the tickets at the same box office during normal opening hours. Due to the transaction volumes, it may take up to 15 days or more to process refunds.

TICKET SALE
Tickets are on sale both online at tienda.madrid-destino.com/es/matadero-madrid (registration in the platform is required) and in the following physical outlets:
- Matadero box office (Plaza de Legazpi, 8). Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 16:30h to 20.30h or until the start of the show)
- Casa de la Panadería box office (Plaza Mayor, 27. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30h to 14:30h and from 16:30h to 20h (this box office may change its opening hours or remain closed without prior notice for technical or organisational reasons)
