A TALK BY KATHY HINDE

The L.E.V. Festival programme at LABoral Centro de Arte will include a talk by British artist Kathy Hinde, accompanied by Pablo de Soto, director of LABoral Centro de Arte, in which she will delve into her creative process and the work behind projects such as the audiovisual performance Twittering Machines, which she will perform live the following day at Teatro de la Laboral.

Kathy Hinde’s work grows from a partnership between nature and technology expressed through audiovisual installations and performances that combine sound, sculpture, image and light. She creates work that is generative; that evolves; that can be different each time it is experienced, giving rise to a poetic and reflective experience that enriches an appreciation of the everyday, inviting a heightened awareness of the world around us.
