GETTING TO GIJON

Asturias Airport (IATA code OVD) is located in Castrillón, 40 km from the city of Gijón. It offers flights to major Spanish cities, as well as Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, London, Milan, Paris and Rome.

RENFE connects the city with the rest of Asturias and Spain, offering short, medium and long-distance domestic services.

Gijón RENFE Station (Gijón – Sanz Crespo Temporary Railway Station) is located 10 minutes from the city centre.

From the south (Madrid/León): the quickest route is the A-66, which leads directly to Gijón after crossing the Cantabrian mountain range. Please note that the Huerna toll (AP-66) applies.

From the East (Bilbao/Santander): Take the A-8 motorway (Autovía del Cantábrico) westbound towards Oviedo/Gijón.

From the West (Galicia): Take the A-8 motorway eastbound towards Oviedo/Gijón.

GETTING TO L.E.V.

The various festival venues are well connected by public transport, and you can also get around easily by bike. To enjoy the festival at a more relaxed pace and help protect the environment, we encourage you to choose these options over travelling by car.

If you need to travel by car, the venues at La Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura (Teatro de la Laboral, Iglesia de la Laboral and Nave de LABoral Centro de Arte), the Muséu del Pueblu d’Asturies and the Jardín Botánico Atlántico offer public parking, subject to availability.
